根據2022年1月4日舉行的SASO當局與符合性評定機構的第九次會議以及會議決定，SASO（沙特阿拉伯標準，計量和質量組織）發布了《關于簽發3類產品合格證書的通知》，相關內容如下:
自2022年4月1日起，認證機構不可在授權地理區域范圍之外為Type3類產品頒發產品證書（SABER PCoC）。如出現違反本決定的情況，主管部門將對違反規定的機構采取法律措施。
Reference to the decision of the ninth periodic meeting with the certification bodies for accepted products held on Jan.4th, 2022, the Notification about Certification of Conformity was released by SASO (Saudi Arabian Standards Organization) and made the following instruction:
Certification Bodies are forbidden to issue a Product Certificate to the Type 3 products outside the acceptable geographic range started from Apr. 1st, 2022. The SASO authority will verify whether there is a violation of this decision among all the Certification Bodies, and it will take legal measures to the violating parties.
