6CFR1263 自2024年3月19日強制實施以來已執行近10個月。最近，CPSC通過抽查發現市場上含紐扣電池的產品依然存在不符合16CFR1263對結構和標簽要求的案例，包括某知名公司熱銷的追蹤設備，因警告標簽不符合法規被要求整改。
16 CFR 1263是CPSC根據里斯法案制定的關于紐扣或硬幣電池攝入危險的技術法規，測試標準參考ANSI/UL4200A-2023。標簽要求匯總見下表：

Remove and immediately recycle or dispose of used batteries according to local regulations and keep away from children. Do NOT dispose of batteries in household trash or incinerate.
